I am also currently the principal investigator in an industry-sponsored patient outcomes registry evaluating the safety and patient outcomes for a new type of anterior lumbar interbody fusion device. We are gathering patient outcome data, radiographic data, and safety/complication data in anticipation of publishing our findings and comparing them to outcomes associated with other implants.
